Be considerate of parking your boats and trailers in driveways for no more than a few hours, and remove empty trash cans as quickly as possible after pick-up . Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.
No Trees may be cut down without prior written approval from the ARC committee of the Homeowners Association.
Please submit a request and obtain approval before cutting any trees.

TREE POLICY
The Lakes Subdivision, established in 1988 with covenants and deed restrictions, is a private, gated community of 129 custom-built homes residing on spacious lots in the heart of the Mandeville area of St, Tammany parish. Strategically developed around the natural topography of the Chinchuba water conservancy, Lakes residents are frequently found fishing or boating on the 44 acre lake, or walking, biking and jogging the tree lined streets, enjoying the serenity of this quaint, secluded neighborhood. The site of the Lakes is a mixed hardwood-pine forest, bisected by Bayou Chinchuba which is primarily composed of bottomland hardwoods. Four islands cover approximately 2 acres and are designated wildlife sanctuaries restricted from human recreation. This creates an area equal or superior to existing wetland habitat with regard to wildlife food sources, nesting areas and protective vegetative cover. The single entry and exit point, accented by the stately Gatehouse, is conveniently located off of Lonesome Road at the end of Greenleaves Blvd in Mandeville, LA.
