All improvements on the lots were then and are now to be constructed with strict adherence to the covenants, and hereafter maintained by the owner in a clean, safe, and attractive condition and in good repair.

All members of the ARC and the Lakes Board are volunteers.  Our goal is to continue to maintain the Lakes as a quality subdivision.  Cooperation and assistance of all residents are needed.

All changes to properties within the Lakes must be approved by the ARC and the Board prior to construction.

To submit a request for ARC approval, please go to the ARC page.

At that time, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was established to maintain the quality and desirability of the Lakes Subdivision.

THE LAKES YARD OF THE MONTH AWARD!!

The Yard of the Month award is to promote goodwill and reward exemplary lawn and property maintenance in the Lakes subdivision.  The award will recognize and support our Lakes neighbors who demonstrate exceptional efforts to maintain and improve their property in a manner that contributes to the overall appearance of our community at large.

The Lakes Homeowners Association is dedicated to improving the quality of living and appearance of our community.  We encourage residents to take pride in their homes and neighborhood.  In turn, we look to celebrate those who do a superior job in maintaining their yards in such a way that they enhance the overall curb appeal of the entire community.
